Grant Cooper is the founder and president of Strategic Résumés & Business Plans, a New Orleans-based firm known for high-impact professional writing, business documentation, and successful investor- and bank-oriented business plans. Over his career, Mr. Cooper has authored business plans supporting ventures across social media, oil and gas, retail, transportation, food and beverage, education, home improvement, real estate, financial services, healthcare, fitness, film, and organic agriculture.
Mr. Cooper’s work has supported funding targets ranging from approximately $100,000 to $7 million, including a nonprofit plan funded by a major celebrity philanthropic initiative. His extensive writing background, local media visibility, and decades of deep involvement in the local business ecosystem equip BizNola with a strategic advantage in message development, value proposition clarity, and brand credibility. These strengths directly support BizNola’s ability to deliver superior pre-production strategy, client messaging alignment, and narrative clarity.

Tommy Hayne
Tommy Hayne is a results-driven management and sales leader with an MBA in Finance from Tulane University and a long record of success in business development, operational planning, and multi-market customer engagement. Most recently he served as an Outside Sales Executive and Account Manager with PosiGen Solar, earning top-tier performance rankings among peers and selling 400+ systems representing more than $6 million in revenue.
His experience with CRM tools, structured selling frameworks, and high-velocity consumer education cycles prepares him to build BizNola’s sales culture, drive disciplined pipeline development, and mentor new commission-based representatives across multiple verticals. Mr. Hayne’s background also provides the operational maturity to ensure consistent territory management, repeatable sales processes, and scalable growth without unnecessary overhead.
